Use sunscreen

Drink Plenty of water

Rosacea makes the facial skin drier.  To make sure that your skin is well-hydrated, drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses per day is recommended. Drinking fruit juices can also help.

Avoid beverages like alcohol, coffee and tea.  They are on the list of triggering factors or rosacea.

Regular Exercise and Healthy diet

These tips are known to promote healthy skin and good complexion. It really works.  Make sure to eat fresh fruits and vegetables ever day. Take time to walk or run in the morning.  However, strenuous exercises should also be avoided as it may as it may worsen the condition. Just practice a healthy diet.
