Who Acquires It?

  • People who are aged 30 years old and above
  • Caucasian or those whose skin are fair
  • People who are in the menopausal stage

  • Apply topical ointment. The most common treatment to relieve the redness and swelling is by applying creams with an antibacterial content.
  • Oral treatment – this can go hand-in-hand with the topical ointment. Usually an oral medications is also prescribed, usually have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties
  • Surgery – when all Rosacea treatments did not succeed, and the condition is chronic and severe, surgery is often done to treat condition. Usually, it uses a laser to treat the swelling or redness
